What You'll Do:

  • Collaborate with our team to develop and propose cutting-edge product designs for new medical devices.

  • Utilize advanced molecular biology techniques, including DNA extraction and real-time PCR (polymerase chain reactions), to characterize essential biological markers.

  • Develop validation methods for biomedical devices through analytical techniques such as Infrared Spectroscopy (IR), High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), and Fluorophotometry.

  • Evaluate human tissue suppliers and review biological materials/tissue certification documents to ensure quality standards.

  • Provide troubleshooting support for technical challenges, ensuring smooth project progression.

  • Organize and coordinate animal studies and clinical trials to advance our research efforts.

  • Create engaging scientific presentations for internal training sessions, sharing your expertise with the team.

What We're Looking For:

  • A Master’s degree in Biochemistry, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field; an advanced degree (PhD) is strongly preferred but not required.

  • Exceptional critical thinking skills and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and effectively.

  • A solid foundation in genetics, molecular biology, and chemistry.

  • Familiarity with aseptic techniques, cell culture, and tissue processing.

  • Experience with in vivo studies, including histological analysis.

  • Strong computer skills, specifically a proficiency in Microsoft Office products.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • A track record of prior publications in scientific literature.
