SPONGE BONE BLOCK
Sponge bone is a Stem Cell Containment® human scaffold that is processed using BioRinse™ technology. Sponge bone products are verified for osteoinductivity post-sterilization, prior to release for distribution. In-vivo test results demonstrate all 5 bone-forming elements present (chrondrocytes, osteocytes, bone marrow cells, cartilage, and new bone) in our implants. The product’s revolutionary design uses Geometric Compression™ that minimizes the use of fixation devices that support graft placement. The product’s pliable handling characteristics facilitate minimally invasive patient and surgeon preferred surgical procedures.
Available Sizes:
10 x 10 x 10 mm
10 x 12 x 12 mm
14 x 14 x 14 mm -
CORTICAL BONE SHEET
When hydrated, cortical bone sheet is a pliable, osteoinductive-verified cortical sheet that can be sized with scissors or a scalpel. It is a sterile graft and is available in various sizes and dimensions.
Intended Use:
It may be used for the repair of orbital floor and zygomatic fracture procedures involving sutures, plates, anchors, and other fixation devices. It may be used in orthopedic, trauma, craniomaxillofacial, neurosurgical, and dental surgical procedures where the repair or replacement of bone loss is indicated.
Available Sizes:
10 x 10 mm
10 x 15 mm
10 x 17 mm
15 x 15 mm -
CORTICAL FIBERS
Interwoven, demineralized bone fibers provide a unique scaffold for bone formation. The fibers are shape-conforming for excellent bone-graft contact. Cortical fibers have High Surface Area (HSA) - over 15 times the surface area of cancellous bone for optimized cell adsorption, retention, and viability. Fibers hydrate quickly and uniformly and won’t wash away with irrigation/lavage for minimal graft migration. Sterilized to SAL 10-6 by gamma irradiation. Fibers have no anatomical size or shape restrictions.
Intended Use:
This is a manufactured product designed to stimulate bone growth and serve as a replacement bone when your body lacks structure from bone loss or injury.

TRICORTICAL BONE BLOCK
Block grafts may be used where bone deficiency is severe. The grafts are freeze-dried and sterilized using low-dose, low-temperature gamma irradiation to achieve a sterility assurance level (SAL) of 10-6. The grafts have a shelf-life of up to 5 years from the date of packaging and should be stored between 15-30 °C.

20-22 mm
24-26 mm -
UNICORTICAL BONE BLOCK
Block grafts may be used where bone deficiency is severe. The grafts are freeze-dried and sterilized using low-dose, low-temperature gamma irradiation to achieve a sterility assurance level (SAL of 10-6. The grafts have a shelf-life of up to 5 years from the date of packaging and should be stored between 15-30 °C. .
