BIOWY DBM C-MIX
The Biowy DBM C-Mix products are composed of human demineralized bone (DBM) mixed with carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC), a resorbable carrier. Products come in the form of a kit with a mixing syringe containing DBM and CMC powders, and a syringe containing PBS mixing solution. After the contents of both syringes are are fully combined, the resulting putty may be shaped and inserted into a bone void. The osteoinductive DBM C-Mix will be provided sterile, in single-use packages.
INTENDED USE
The Biowy DBM C-Mix products are indicated for bone voids or gaps that are not intrinsic to the stability of the body structure. They are intended to be gently packed into bone voids or gaps of the skeletal system (posterolateral spine). These defects may be surgically created osseous defects or osseous defects created from traumatic injury to the bone.
BIOWY MIDLINE CATHETER
A peripherally-inserted midline catheter is a type of catheter that enters the body at a peripheral site (arm), with its catheter tip terminating prior to the axilla, under the shoulder. It may be used for selected intravenous therapies such as delivery of chemotherapy regimens, extended antibiotic therapy, or total parenteral nutrition.
INTENDED USE
The Biowy Midline catheters are indicated for short term peripheral venous system for selected intravenous therapy and for power injection of contrast media. These catheters may be used on any patient population with consideration given to adequacy of vascular anatomy and appropriateness of the procedure.
